Problems And Solutions.

Problem arises in everything and everywhere but NOCs problem is such that nobody can close their eyes, ears and mouth. Every one had seen, everyone has heard and everyone are shouting What is this? Due to of Growing Population NOC and other small distributors of fuel they are mixing the things. The Slogan "Pureness in Fuel Our main Motive" is of only for saying cause the said word are not practically used.
Instead of Paying debts NOCs are just staying calm and when the issue arises then only they start to warm-up. This is the main Problem in our country. Every day people has to suffer because of the high price. Poor people conditions are not in a state of mentioning. People they have to stand in a huge Line of a Long time then also they didn't get their necessary needs.
NOC didn't do any steps to handle the situation in hand. They just sit still until any huge situation come as an headache. Nepal are buying the refined fuel. This is the problem of NOC they do work only at the Zero time. No any work will be better at the Zero time. We are using ready-made fuel. Using ready-made fuel and importing those will just increase the expenses. Instead of that we have use the Expenses reducing way so that Economy of our country will not fall down and down. And also when those ready-made fuel are imported then due to lack of the fuel and of high-price people they loot the fuel on the highway and they use it by that way. If NOC had paid the debt on time than this types of problem will not take place. This is happening all because of NOCs carelessness. If this happens again and again then one day fuel will not be used in Nepal and the Economy will go down and down. Mixing in everything and Increasing Price in everything has become the major problem in our country.

Everything has it's solutions and i think NOCs problem solution is that instead of using and importing refined fuel NOC has to import raw fuel and has to refine in our own country. In this way Expenses will be reduced and People over here don't need to go to abroad for job. They will be employed over here. In such a way nations money will remain in our nation and as a result country will be developed and every facilities can be provided to the people. For this all Development NOC has to first clear all the debt and has to start importing raw fuel and refine in own country. Government also has to pay attention for the budget to establish the refinery place so that we can refine in our own country and use the pure fuel and Unemployment will be reduced by a percent. This will be the first step for the development of the country. This can only be possible if our respected Ministers stop to use the fund's money (for their profit) and mouth only. They has to be practical in these case then only nation will be able to take first step of the development. As this Problem (High Fuel Price) is solved than automatically other problems will be vanished if not then it won't take long time to find the problem's solution.

Current Situation

As we know NOC is only one distributor over Nepal of the fuel supply. Day by day the NOC is highering the fuel price. peoples all over country are sick of NOCs behavior. We all are suffering day by day. Last month, of the strike NOCs just decreased Rs.3 on Petroleum products per Liter, Rs.5 on Diesel and Kerosene and Rs.85 on LPG (Per Cylinder). But this month NOC raised the price of Petroleum Products again by Rs.4. Poor people are affected mostly by these activities. They can't afford the high priced LPG to cook food also. They have to use traditional method to cook food to survive.
NOCs are increasing fuel price day-by-day even though there is scarcity of the fuel. If available then also of very low quality. Every things are mixed now a days in market. Nothing are sold without mixing. Petroleum goods are mixed with kerosene, water is mixed in milk, LPGs are half filled and sold out in the Market. By these activities People are suffering most. Last year NOC paid a lot of money to India for fluently supply of fuel but IOC declares that a huge amount of price is still to pay by NOC, so they are stopping to supplying fuel to Nepal.
Many issues arises there and created many problems but NOC anyhow maintained it, and argued with IOC for supply of fuel. Nepalese Government should put more emphasis on these types of problems. Whatever funds, budgets are donated by NGO, UN and other big countries they used it on their personnel development. More than half of the budgets that our nation get are used by politicians and the remaining on the development. In this case workers will be paid less money because of that no one are willing to work on such project. It is right that People they work where they get sufficient money and in our case, more than half money are utilized by all our respected politicians so people are not willing to work if also they are just pretending to do the work. In such a case the work done will be of very low quality and the conclusion of that we all know very well re-pairing and re-pairing just to show the budget to Government and they can utilize the funds donated by the other nations for the infrastructure of development.
Current situation in Nepal is very Hazardous. Scarcity of fuel is the main Problem in our Nation it fuel is found then also of the low quality. Day by day every things price are going higher and higher because of rise in fuel price. If fuel price is raised other necessary things price will also be raised. Economy of our country is going down and down day by day because of these types of works.
What will happen if IOC stops to supply fuel to NOC. Every people have to suffer. If this happens than every one will come out in strikes and god knows what will be the situation at that time. So, NOC has to solve the problem in current situation if it's late than the conclusion everybody knows about it. So, the day is not so far so we have nothing rather than to request politicians of our nations not to perform such shameless work so that every people of this nation has to suffer.
